Looking for Banducci and Van Tassel
There are names on my adoption papers that my adoptive parents have told me are names of foster families I had been with. These names are Banducci and Van Tassel. I don't know first names.
My name is Joy and I was born in Bakersfield, California on September 22, 1975. I believe I may have been in foster care during the year of 1977 and maybe 1978. Thank you.

i dont kow if this will help but there is a Mr. Banducci tha is a PE teacher at standard middle school in bakersfield.
