Dear Everyone Who Has opened their heart to read this Message,
I, along with MILLIONS of other adoptees out there, have come to find that the search for our birth families is one of the most difficult tasks in life to complete. Im posting this message in hopes that someone will read this, and help me as well as others. I've done some research, and a lot of people have found their Birthparents by simply looking up their state's birth index. Unfortunately, the cost for these index's are VERY expensive, and a lot of us just cant afford it.
If someone happens to have OHIO's BIRTH INDEX for the year of 1985 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find it in your heart to help me. I was born on February 18th, 1985 at Good Samaritan Hospital (Cincinnati, OH) at 2:16 p.m. (female) . Even if 1,000 baby girls were born that day, i will still go through every single name!!!! finding my bmom is THAT important to me.
EVERYONE who needs a list of a certain birth index, feel free to post your message here in reply, i know someone will find it in their heart to help you, as well as me. We all deserve to know where we came from, and its a desire burning in our hearts!!
Please help us! I know i speak for everyone when i say we thank you!!! It will mean the world to us!!!

My daughter was born 12/21/85 at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach Florida. I have been searching for her and have had no luck yet. If her birthdate or city and state have been changed I dont know where she would start. This birth index, does it have actual birthdays and what other information does it supply?

Thanks everyone for replying. Hopefully this gets us one step closer in finding who we are looking for. Im taking the advice for being specific, so that all who reads this that happens to have the ohio birth index for 1985 can maybe help. Here is everything i know about my bmom: She was born 10/12/1967. She was 17 at the time of my birth and NOT married. No information is known about my BF except for the fact that he was in his 20's, played football and ran away to florida when he found out my bmom was pregnant, no one has heard from him since. My bmom was 5"8 had blonde hair and green eyes was of christian backround, and was allergic to animal hair and wore eye glasses. Her highest level of education when i was born was Highschool (she had completed the 10th grade) and was preparing to go to a technical school. She also worked at Roy Rogers fast food restaurant. She enjoyed music and friends. I also know that she wanted to take care of me and raise me but soon found out she couldnt take care of herself, let a lone a child, so she gave me up for adoption. She had been in deep depression for a few years, her parents had divorced and remarried and she wasnt taking it well. She also ran away a couple of times. That is all i know, and i hope it can help someone help me. I was born as "jami rene" i dont know my given last name of course, and my name after adoption was changed to "jami lee" THANK YOU EVERYONE once again, and we WILL FIND THEM!!!!!!!! WIth love!!!!!

Been searching for years, CSS will be closing the book on my search in Feb, can't even begin to go into how I feel about THAT, just another door slammed in my face. ANYONE with PA birth index, could you please help???? Baby girl born 4-17-63 at 4:26 (not sure whether am or pm) 8lbs. 1oz. Bmom's name Mary.

Welcome to the Search and Reunion Message Board!

Idaho does not have a birth index outside of the State Offices and the public is not allowed to view the indexes. Also, all birth, death and marriage certificates can only be requested by the person in the certificate or a spouse with a notarized permission from the person in the certificate.
