** looking for BD born 10-4-63 in Los Angeles, CA.
She was born in Los Angeles, California at the Cedars of Lebanon Hospital at 5:30am on 10-4-63. She had beautiful green eyes. Los Angeles County Adoption Agency handled the details and told me (wrongly) that she would be able to see her original birth certificate when she reached 18 years. Her name at birth was Dominique.

Searching Resources
You might want to contact the adoption agency and request "non-identifying information" about the adopting family and also request a "Waiver for Consent to Contact Form".
