Looking for birth parents, I was born 10/09/69-father was musician in band

Known birth mother approximately 16 yr old in H.S. with knowledge of art, literature and music field. Either has Welsh blood in their generation. Born at George Washington University Hospital in Washington DC 10/09/69. Birth mother had rubella illness during pregnancy. Gave up for adoption at between birth to 4 days old.
