Baby boy Chokota 03/18/1971
I'm in search of my birth mother. I was born in Pittsburgh, PA on or around March 18th 1971. My mothers name is Theresa Ann Chokota. I know that she was 20 years old when she had me. I would love the chance to get to know her. Thanks for any help anyone can give me!
