confused on where to search?
I was wondering can someone answer a few questions for me?
First my sister was born in LA county Ca in 1963, but when I look on the birth registry I can find myself, my mother, aunts, and a few other people but I cannot find her. Is this normal? Where would I search, she was born in Ca. but adopted in Pa. Which state do I look in? I am sorry for all the silly questions, but this can get very confusing. I have found that Pa's policies are ridiculous. I mean I live here in this state also, how do I know that my children are not dating there cousin? Very scary not knowing.
