BIRTH MOTHERS NAME DOROTHY (COYLE)BIRTH, FATHER-PAUL BIRTH. OK this may sound weird, but my dad was adopted out. From what I know is that his last name at birth was Smith. He was born in MI 1945. I dont know if any of it is true. As far as the cousin named Jerry Smith. When I was younger I found a birth certificate in a box in the basement with that name Jerry Smith on it. Unfortunatly our basement flooded and we lost alot of things including the certificate. I told my mom what I had found a few years later and she told me I must be confused but I know what I saw.
