Looking for Half-brother-1937
I am looking for half-brother, born 8-22-1937, in Wichita, KS, and may have been adopted in Winfield KS or that area, around October 18, 1937, or here-about. He did not go thru an agency at that time. His birth name is Kerry Kent Shirk.
