Mother's Maiden Name is Nicki Ann Leach

Somebody please give me some advice. I recently received my original birth certificate with my mother's maiden name of Nicki Ann Leach. I have hit a road block in my search for her. Any suggestions are welcome.

I found a Nicki Leach (searched as it was her maiden name) in Prairie City, Oregon in Intellius. You can purchase background check on her there. I don't have a membership there.

According to peoplefinder the Nicki listed above is 46 years old. Does that age sound right? This same Nicki alsi lived in or now lives in Beaverton, Oregon. Peoplefinder.com also always you to purchase info.
