I am trying to help my husband find info about his birth family. He was born on or about March 30, 1962 in Peoria, Illinois. He was adopted from the Florence Crittenton Peoria Home shortly thereafter. His adoption was final in November of 1962. Any help we can get will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my 41st birthday is Sunday, July 9th. My DOB is July 9, 1965, my adoption took place in Newport Tennessee, November 9, 1965. Every year when my birthday comes around I wonder if my birthparents wonder what become of me. I just wonder who I really look like, do I have any brothers or sisters. I am an adoptee from Birmingham, AL. I was born 08/08/1971 I believe at St Vincent's Hospital. I was adopted through a private agency. I was born via c-section and had stitches on my fact from a slip of the scalpel =p.

I have the paperwork to sent to the state capital to get the original of my birth certificate, but never have done so. I suppose in a way I am scared to.

Our father was Dale Jerry Roberta, he died in 1961. Our mothers name was Donna, she remarried and became Donna Day. My sisters name is Elizabeth and she was born in 1957 or 58. I was born at Santa Clara County hospital in San Jose, CA. Our parents lived in the Bay Area. Our father was 21 when he died. He had at least 1 brother and a sister and they were all in a Catholic home in Portland Or for awhile. Our grandfather took at least our father back to the Bay Area and we believe our aunt stayed in Or and got married. I was born in Eaton Rapids MI to Edith Rouse. DOB of 12/26/60. My mother went to an unwed mothers house until my grandparents brought her home. My mother recently passed away and so have my grandparents. My Aunt finally gave me the information that everyone had been hiding for 45 years. I want to find my birth father and any siblings I may have. According to my aunt my fathers name was Sam Sterrett/starret/steret/starrett(who knows the spelling) He lived in Lansing MI at the time. I was a product of an affair with my mother's husband knowing he could not raise me like one of his own "THANK YOU" for realizing that before it was to late.
