I was born in Harvard, IL because it was the closest hospital to what ever town my birth mother lived in, in WI.From what my A-parents have told me, my birth mother was 16 and my fathers age was 18 or so. Apparently my birth mother gave up custody rights of me to my grandmother and took off to CA. My grandmother placed my up for adoption in WI, I think LSS handled the adoption. I do remember, even after 35+ years, telling the judge in Washington County, WI that I wanted to live with my new parents. I was given the name Scott at birth and it was kept due to my age at the time of adoption.

My mom was 15 years old when she gave her baby girl up for adoption.

Mom's birth name is Teri Jene Kotts, the father's name on the birth certificate I believe is Gary Lee Haliski or Terry Harty?

Baby girl would of been born I believe in April sometime in the late 70's, at Woodland Park Hospital in Oregon.

My mother doesn't know anything about the agency as it was all done through the hospital.

I was Adopted at birth by Earl and Evelyn Conner. It was done through Dr. Plattner at Plattners Hospital in Grand Prairie Tx. where I was born. My birthday is April 1, 1955.
