i am looking for my birth mother eleanor griffin her maiden name was griffin also. i have three brothers born before me my mother and father were married. i was given away to my fathers family. My mother ran away and was said to be in New york. my older brother says we have a younger brother whom none of us have ever met as he recalls my mother asking my dad to sighn adoption papers . probably born between 1959 or 60 after she left my father---my mom had a sister named sally. I was born in Bpt CT

To expand on Beth's list:

The only one I see that has lived in CT was Eleanor Brown.

Eleanor Berrell has lived in Westbury, NY. She was the only one I could find that has lived in NY.

Also, Richard is a member of the Pezzoni household. He is approx age 68.

now i am confused my mothers name was eleanor or possibly spelled some other way d.o.b.11-11-34 She was born in stratford CT most probably, Her maiden name was griffin and she married a griffin. i dont know if there was that much of an age difference between her and her sister my grandmother(mother's mother) had two brother's robert and donald devaney my mothers dad was not in the picture so she was raised by her grandparents. after having us me and my 3 brothers rumor has it she ran away to Ny however returned to ask my dad (whom she was legally married to till 1967) to sighn the papers for adoption of another child -this child a male was most likely born after 1958 my birth dad was robert griffin whom iwas brother to my adoptive dad thomas griffin robert griffin passed away in 1994-i have had contact and maintain a relationship with two of my older brothers but no one is trying to find her except me ok hope i havent made this more confusing wish i could find baby bro too

That was a list of all Eleanor's born on 11/11/1934. She most likely would have remarried since running away and so we can't look for an Eleanor Griffin any more. Those were possibilities.

do you mean her brothers names were Robert Devaney and Donald Devaney? or do you mean Robert Griffin and Donald Devaney Griffin?

oh i get it those are all the eleanores--i see--anyhow the devanney's were her moms brothers probably deceased by now i have a few neives to check out right here in CT so i will get to that in looking for her sister-ok so how do i track down the eleanores listed? were they born in CT ? i do this as much as i can u know work ,life ect takes up a lot of my time u r so sweet to help
