looking for m/f twins born 10/62, madison wisconsin

hello,
I am looking for my husbands twin siblings. They are fraternal twins, male/female. They were born in Madison Wisconsin in October 1962 but we dont know the exact day. They were adopted together and immediately, the adoptive parents paid for all the medical expenses.
The adoption took place through social services in Madison and the physician who delivered them was named Olsen.

It was a closed adoption, so I dont know if they would be able to get any information on the birth certificate, but the birth mothers name is listed as Jean Dial and birth fathers name is listed as Gant Golliday.

My husbands mother is 66 years old now and has found out last spring that she has emphysema. I have begun this search for her, at her request. If anyone has any information I would be so grateful as Wisconsin does not seem very friendly regarding closed adoptions.
Thanks so much and God bless you all in your searches.
Nanette

searching for twins

This might be a pretty far fetch idea - why not contact the national twin association (don't know the correct name) see if they have monthly newsletter and post an ad.

There might also be a twin message board or chat room.

It was easy for me b/c my bmom had filed the paperwork to give out her info when i came looking, they found my bdad and he sent in his paperwork giving permission to give out his info to me since i was looking and when his paperwork came in they gave me there identifying info.
i don't know though, it might have been eaier for me since i am the child looking. but good luck i hope you find them!
