Our parents split up when I was about 7, and my mother took my sisters away with her. They were later placed in the childcare system. My father visited my sisters at their foster homes.

They were then adopted together and all I know is their new father was a doctor.
Someone once told my family that one of my sisters became a nurse.

I am now 60 years old and have been wanting to search for my sisters all this time. I'm always wondering and jump at any possible lead.

We've been in contact the past few days.There is a striking family resemblance, one of Katherine's grandaughters had no clue what was going on and thought the picture of our mother was Katherine. I have 12 nices and nephews between my two sisters! Talk about a reunion! We're now talking about visiting in the summer.

They have been searching for their biological family for the past 6 years, they were able to find a birth announcement with the same first name and date of birth for a Mr. and Mrs. Walter Goetschius. They really did a lot of the work, it only took me a day to find them. Their adoptive father is still alive and the girls have never seen or been able to get the adoption papers. I am filling out papers for the adoption registry as a biological sibling, and we will see what info I get there.

I am so desperate to find my younger half-brother! He was adopted out at birth, and then our bio mom went on to marry and have 5 more children. Her maiden name was Somers, and she says she named the baby boy Heath. I'm assuming that the name was changed when adopted. I don't know the birthdate, but I do know that he was born in between me and my brother Phillip so it would've been in 1977 or 1978. Ft. Wayne, Indiana -- not sure what hospital.
Mom has never told me any details about the birth or adoption ... I wish I knew more because I want to find Heath so badly!

I am looking for my birth mother and/or half birth sister. I am almost positive my birth mothers last name is Ramirez I know she was born in 1968 and has at least three other sisters or more and some with children. I know she had a daughter two years before me that at some time may have lived with her grandmother in Florida.

I also know I had a half brother that was born two years after me but died as in infant I believe a few days after he was born due to complications from being born with drugs in his system (this is what I have been told) I know my birth mother may have been a prostitute and a drug addict (not that I want this info out there but it might be necessary if I have any chance in finding her) I was born in Detroit MI on June 12th 1989 possibly at Detroit Receiving Hospital.

I am searching for my 1/2 brother Darrell Lee Chao, born 2/29/1960 in Miami, Fl. He grew up in Goshen, NY and may have moved to Missoula, Mt late 70's/early 80's. Our father wasn't good to him, or me and is now passed away. I spoke with his mother once or twice but she was so angry and didn't want anything to do with me because I was my father's daughter. She told me Darrell was dead but I want to be certain that was true and not just to keep me away.
