My birthday is May 15 or at least that is what I have been told. Yes the birthdate and the place of birth could have been chaged. I don't have much information about my adoption but I am trying all that I can to find out the truth.

Have you asked the state of Ohio for your non-identifying information yet? That might be a good place to start.

Found a great website that might help answer your questions. There is even an Ohio adoption registry you should check out. (I couldn't since I was not adopted in Ohio.)
