2/11/1963 looking for birth family in WI

I don't have much information. Born in La Crosse, WI on Februaury 11, 1963. My birth parents may have been from the Milwaukee area.......young college students......the name Hall has been brought up. I was born at Grandview Hospital according to birth certificate. If the dates or location sound familiar to you.....please contact. I need medical information.
