Need a fresh perspective
Hope someone can help..have birth mother's maiden name. Problem is, she and her little brother were legally adopted by their stepfather, therefore, her surname is not the one she was born with. I know where she lived at certain times in her life. One question I have is this....wouldn't there be some type of public record in the state where she grew up on her parents....then I can match that up with three other siblings that her parents had after her and her brother? I feel like I'm burning money every time I pay one of these search engines because I don't have her first name. Does anybody have any "fresh" ideas before I burn a hole in my wallet!!! If anyone wants to try, send me a pm and I'll give you info. thanks!
