Searching for Bio-Dad from Ohio

Searching for Anthony "Tony" Nicholas. From Ohio. Served in the navy. African American about 44 yrs. old. Served in Kingsville Texas, around 1980. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am a twin adoptee born in 1981 to Pam in great lakes Il., who also served in the navy. I have met my bio-mom and keep in contact with her but she has limited info. regarding bio-dad.
