I have been searching for my birthmom off and on for the past few years and I have just started getting serious over the last six months. I have had a few moments where I thought I would be successful, but I keep hitting dead ends and Im not sure where to go next. My birth mother's maiden name is Kyla Jean Nunez and I am almost possitive that she is still living in New Mexico. I have a little bit of other info. but I am not sure what you will need. I need help! I have recently received my original birth certificate with both of my birth parents names. ( they were married) It also says I have 4 sibblings. I checked online in the white pages and am pretty sure I found my father. (he has an unusual name) My husband called and only said someone was interested in talking to him about something 47 years ago. He hung up. I'm not sure what to do next and I really want to give my mother the option of talking to me if she is still alive. I have no idea where to check or how to go about it. Please help me! Cheryl

I am searching for birthmother and father but I need to find birthmother first. On the birth certificate she is listed as Lonnie Ree age 38. She is Native American. I was born in Oklahoma City, OK. I am waiting on the court to send me information. Every where I look there is no such person. It is like she doesn't exist. I realize she might be deceased, or married or that might not even be her complete name. I had a closed adoption and my records were sealed.

I saw you wrote you got your orig. birth cert. How did you get that? Maybe it's different in different states? In California I heard it's pretty much impossible, but believe there could still be some way to do so. Thanks!

Yes, Shampoo, it is different in each state but I've even heard of people Accidentally being sent their info so no matter what you should try!

I am searching for my birthmother. I was born in Great Falls, Mt. at the Deaconess Hospital on June 13, 1972. I believe my birthmoms name to be Virginia Warren. (Baby girl Warren was on my adoption papers by accident and my mom is pretty sure Virginia was her first name) My adoption was handled by the state of montana and my birthmom was 19 at the time of my birth.
