Christmas Day 1965 - ISO Brother

Hello,
I am looking for any information on my brother who was born on Christmas Day, 1965 at Washoe County Medical Hospital in Reno, Nevada. Your adoptive parents were living in Las Vegas at the time and your adoptive father is/was a construction engineer. Your family originated from Louisiana.

At this time I do not have any further information. Any help will be appreciated.
