Hi All and Hi Katie (I know you are still out here)...


I was just contacted on another forum by another bmom that believes that she was scammed by the same person - Katie Phillips - she said that she knows of twelve other women, dating back as far as 2001 that have been through the same experience with this girl...

I just want Katie to know that I have the emotional upperhand now and I won't stop until I see her prosecuted for what she did to so many of us in the adoption community...

Katie - I will never forget what you did to me and even if it is 10 years from now, I will still do everything I can to hold you accountable for the awful crime you committed against me and the others...

The FBI has been contacted Katie...I may have been one of the first to file a complaint but there will be more that follow me in this mission to take you away from our forum and make you stop reeking havoc into the lives of those whose hearts want nothing more than to find the child that they lost so many years ago...

You will be caught!!! Just you wait and see, you little sick, disturbed freak...Remember my name sweetheart, because I want you behind bars where you belong darling...it's where you belong...

What did this Katie do ? I live in Florida and am searching in Florida on behalf of my husband and if someone is scamming people I would appreciate knowing what to look for? Can you elaborate a bit? Thanks

katie phillips contacted me claiming to be the wife of my son whom i placed for adoption 20 years ago...i was contacted through a private mesage here on the forums...the title of her message was his birthname...my heart nearly dropped when i saw the title...i've waited so for that day to come...i was told that my son was a pilot in the US Airforce stationed in Korea...I was also told that his first adopted parents both died in a car crash and he was put into foster care where he remained for thee months and luckily was readopted by a billionaire family...katie, my son's wife, her adopted mom also died in a car crash and her adopted father placed her in foster care when she was 6 years old or so...It was what happened in that Foster home that was so disturbing...The things that her foster father had done to her...ice pick carvings upon her body, friday night poker games where she was the payout for her foster dads debt...she acted/posed as three different people to me...she acted as my son's wife, acted as my son and acted as her birthmother that she had found just weeks before she had found me...she had one lady that she scammed believing that she was in a bathroom at winn dixie, hiding from the foster father that had just gotten out of jail and was going to find her and kill her...the woman was panicked but realized it was a scam when she recieved a call about 30 minutes later and katie was on a plane headed away from florida and was safe and sound from the foster father...it was just a madness, a true nightmare where she took her victims...on the phone ina sick little voice she would say over and over and over again, i'm sorry, i'm sorry, please don't leave me, please don't leave me, i promise to do better next time...When she acted as my son ( i never talked on the phone with him, only online) she (he) would describe their sexual problems - problems that resulted from the abuse she suffered as a child at the hands of the foster father. he even asked me if i could talk to katie about her sexual hangups. huh? hetold me that if he even raises her voice at her that she would cower ina corner in a fetal position and apologize over and over again...he was constantly worried about her, constantly since he was in korea and couldn't get back home to her until march...hey listen, as you can tell, this takes alot of energy even to talk about it...there is sooo much more that she did that i can't cover in this forum...what she wants to do is to make the birthmother feel horrible for placing her up for adoption...I have her name and am in conatct with several others...it may take awhile but i plan on seeing this through...she has been at this since 2001 (that i know of) and according to a couple of women I just spoke with, their has been one fbi investigation already that was dropped because she never asked for money...i will be sure to let the fbi know that the complaints coming in now are from a second batch of women...I'm on a mission to save hearts, not break them...Just be careful...I posted too much info...That was my mistake...that made me vulnerable to her...I hope this helps...Take good care...

oh by the way, she goes by many different names and although i know a couple of them (her alias') have been banned from the forums, she is still here, lurking around, you can believe that...bottom feeders like her just don't go away especially when they believe that there is no law to prevent them from doing this...she used lauren004 and rickyandkatelynn03 and meddy and natalie and kathy and on and on and on...you'll know her by her sick, disturbing voice and the by the horrific tales that she spins...

Wow thanks for lettting me know about her! Sounds like this person could use some time serious time with a psychiatrist and some heavy duty RX'S! I have a few very personal details that I have not posted that only the b mom would know not even the b father would know these things. I have wondered about things like this happening. Thanks for the warning1 I am sorry you and others had to go through something like this. Have you since found your son?

i appreciate your response...i have been invited to join the group of bmoms that were scammed also...we are comparing notes and pictures to confirm it was the same person...in both sitautions, a prison is involved...there is confirmation that one party imvolved in my situation is a staff member at a prison and i was told by another contact regarding this matter that someone from a prison was also involved in the other situation (the group of twelve or more)...we will get to the bottom of this...i will keep this post updated...and about my real son, no, i haven't found him yet but i am still looking and won't stop until i find him also...i am just more cautious now...i never imagined that a predator would be amongst us but it is true, one is and has been for a while now...
