Hi there. I am trying to find more information about my birth parents (or find them). I am a very happy 29 year old with a wonderful family. I have a genetic bone disease, and this is my main reason for searching. (Though it may have skipped the carrying birth parent, so they wouldn't know it anyway). The concern is for my child having it or not.
Anyway, I know that I was born December 4, 1974, in Dover, Ohio, in Union Hospital. My birth parents were 17 & 18 years old, in high school, both born in 1956.
I have no bad feelings towards them (birth parents). Obviously they were too young to raise a child. And fortunately, my mom and dad are amazing and I had a great childhood! But besides the medical reasons, I am just very curious. If I were to find either birth parent, if they want no relationship, that is fine, but I would like some information from them (medical history, ancestory, etc.). I have no idea what to expect, and no high expectations to find anything or anyone, so not to be disappointed. Thanks a bunch for listening. Maybe someone out there has info. God bless, Kim
