She has her info a little mixed up, that's why you two have missed finding each other. On a hunch, because I saw your post that mentioned the red hair...I searched the registry for a baby girl born in Pa in November of 1976. There were a few, but only 1 had red hair. So, I compared the information your posted with the information she posted:

You said her name was 'Lannette Haywood' at birth.
She thinks it was 'Annette Haywood'.

I did do a search for you but did not find anything other than your own posts. You are doing everything right, as far as I can tell! I did find your post on the adoption emag and used the extra info you posted there to try and locate some kind of birth information for you.

Unfortunately, at this time, I found nothing. I'm so sorry I didn't find more!

Please don't let this discourage you, however, because I am just an ameture who cannot even find her own birth parents! *giggle* Keep searching, sweetie! I hope you find what you are searching for!
