I was adopted through Catholic Charities. I am looking for my birth mom, dad and/or siblings. I was told my birth mother was 20 when she had me and my father was 19 at the time of my birth. I have very little information except a piece of paper (not a birth certificate) that says my first and middle name: Stephanie Ann. The same piece of paper says I was born in Providence Hospital at 4:10 a.m. Before I was adopted I spent several months in St. Ann's infant home. I was finally adopted by a family in Maryland in August 1956.

The only information I have I received from Catholic Charities via letter. The time of my birth was different in their letter to me than on the piece of paper so I'm not sure which is correct. The information they gave me said I was born at 10:00 in the morning.

Catholic Charities tells me they provide full search services. Has anyone done this with any success?
