Genealogy website

You might try the genealogy websites like ancestry.com.

I am married, have four children, in addition to a part-time job, but I am trying to find a full-time job.

I am also searching for my two cousins, but Missouri is such a hard State to look in, and full of lies, secrets & deception... like alot of other State's I'm sure.

I wish I had a name ... that is one of the downfalls of the names being changed after adoption.

help looking

I'm searching for Eileen Peterson, my birthmother. I was born 3-29-62 in Sioux City, Iowa at St. Vincent's hospital. I don't have anything that listed her age, but my non-id did state that she was divorced at time of my birth so i'm guessing she was likely somewhere between early 20's and possibly mid 30's when i was born. Any help appreciated !
Thank You
gtg

I am looking for my biological children's paternal grandmother.

Cheryl Bledsoe (the first name may be spelled differently?)

She gave birth in Portland Oregon (Emmanual Hospital) May 2, 1962 to a male child.

Our information indicates she was 16 or so and that she came from Okalahoma.

Talking Thank you!

It gets so frustrating sometimes thinking you have all the right information but there is no leads. I'm looking for my half-brother his name at birth was Richard Lee Ponder and I believe that his A-parents kept the first and middle name. He was born between Feb. to June of 1966 in Portland, OR in a Catholic Hospital but not sure of the name.

Thank you in advance!

I am searching for my biological father. The name on my birthcertificate is Don Baker, was 28 at the time of my birth (1953), and worked as a carpenter.

I know that he and my mother met while they were both working in Lafayette, Indiana. Yesterday, I went to the library and looked in the Polk Directories for 1953 and 1955. There is a Donald B. Baker listed in both years who worked as a carpenter. I am thinking this is who it may be.

I usually have luck finding the person other people are looking for; but not for my own. Maybe I am just too close to the situation?

Thank you.

??

i found out a couple months ago that my grandmother (who passed away almost two years ago) adopted out a child, one of my aunts (who passed away three years ago) searched a little bit, we are not sure if the exact year, but sometime between '47 and '57. . . name cheri (not sure on spelling) bledsoe (madien name) west
my grandmother's name is Mary Deloris Brunes
grandfather: Asher Ray Brunes

my father and another aunt have been searching for her for a while, it'd be nice to add to our family

Cheryl / Cheri Bledsoe

Someone a few posts up was looking for info. on a Cheryl Bledsoe... I just wondered if there was maybe a possible connection to your Cheri Bledsoe? I looked for the Cheryl Bledsoe they were seeking & didn't have enough information to find anything.
Good luck!
Karmen

What the heck happened??

I don't understand this...
If something is wrong with someone's post, why doesn't a moderator let you know why before they edit your post?
I started this thread on 6/13, as of this morning is was still as it originally was...
Now it's been edited and my original intent for starting it has been edited out, and I look like a dork because nobody will understand why I stated that I am married with four children, everything is out of context. (for the record I stated that to explain why my time was limited)
I was only offering to help people in their searches, and I actually did help several find who they were looking for.
What did I do wrong?
It's just frustrating & I don't understand what was wrong with my post?? How will I know not to make the same mistakes in furture posts if we're not made aware of our mistakes... I see alot of banned people and don't want to become one of them...
I also started another thread with links to search sites that I've fouind helpful... it's gone now too... is this a no-no or something?
Help... anyone?
Karmen
