Seeking Birthparents and/or Birthfamily. DOB 8/21/64
Believed to have been born in Maryland and the agency was Prince Georges Co. Social Services. I don't have much information at all...I think I was born in the PG County Hospital.
I have contacted Maryland DHR and the confidential intermediary...they want $450 which I don't have.
I'm going to ask them for non-identifying information with hopes that they don't charge me.

Here's some other info. that might be helpful...
I'm age 39 and about 5'9" with dark blond or light brown hair not much grey, yet. I have blue-green eyes and yes, I have dimples when I smile (hence the user name). I had to have orthodontics when I was younger for an "underbite".

I don't know exactly what to say here...I just hope someone reads this that may know something and I get enough clues to fill in the pieces of the puzzle.
