Searching for my brother DOB 04/24/1970
He was given up for adoption at birth. Born April 24, 1970 at The Hospital Sidney in Sidney, NY. I never knew about him until I was 22 yo. That was 13 years ago and I'm still searching for him. Any information or help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I am his sister.
