Seeking information on possible family members and medical information.

I was born on June 14, 1966 in St. Joe MO but raised thru teenager in Maryville, MO. I was told I was brought to my "new home" at 7 days old but the actual adoption did not go through until later. Now I vaguely remember this and was scared about going to court at 5 or 6 years old because my "real" dad was fighting the adoption?

I did not see him that I know of, I do not know his name but I was always under the assumption that I was born possibly from an affair he had with a married(?) woman*my mom* ??

My real name before the adoption change was Shanika or Shanica and last name was Blacketer or Blacketar (unsure on correcct spelling?)

I had an Uncle in Maryville that owned/operated a gas station, who was known/nicknamed "Blackie" I'm assuming this came from his last name of Blacketar? He told me one day, when I was younger -a teenager- that his sister Daisy (?) was my "real" mom. I don't know if he is still alive or not.

I was adopted to a loving couple (who gave me the above information) and have long since passed.
I am not looking to intrude or force myself into anyone's life...but I am curious, as most are, as to if I have any siblings and would they like to get to know me.

It would also be nice to have pertinent medical information as to what I could possibly expect or try to divert from my future health issues.
