Have you checked the Texas birth index? This is availble on Ancestry.com.....I went on the site and found 18 female births in Tarrant County. Of the 18, 2 are to unmarried females. Do you have any additional info that you did not give?

Riotmcgee, I went on the Texas Birth Index that is on Ancestry.com and could not find a birth for Brandy Rupe.

Where at in Ohio? There are Stover's in the Rockford, OH area. Have you checked out anyone in that area?

My husband isn't very good with computers so I'm doing this for him.

He was born William James D. June 26, 1975 in Penetanguishene, On. He was born approx 3 months premature. His mother was single & 21 at the time of his birth. She came from a large family in the area. Apparently his father was a tall Slovakian man, who was not aware of his birth. He was adopted through Simcoe CAS.

We have a bit more non-identifying information, but thats it.

If ANYONE has any information or feels they may possibly know anything please contact me.
