My non-i.d. info. said I was born in Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia on July 2, 1967 and that my birthmother named me Victoria Lynn. The Department of Family and Children's Services handled the adoption. If you had a June or July birth, in a southern state in or near Georgia, if sewing skills, musical talent and green eyes run in your family, contact me through this forum to compare notes. I have threads in Georgia Adoptions, FCH-Florence Crittenton Home Adoptions and Born in 1967.
I've also been told that you can't trust all the facts found in the info. but I am sure of these facts: my birthmother's father repaired and sold sewing machines in and before the year of 1967 - my birthmother also had embroidery and sewing skills, my birthmother and her parents all had green eyes, my birthmother played guitar and sang and there were other great-aunts in the family who played piano and who were vocally talented, as well. It also said my birthmother's heritage was French, Spanish and Yugoslavian and I don't find that one hard to believe either. All the rest could just be rerouted information. The sewing skills, the music talent and the green eyes, I can believe because I share these things with my birthfamily. Thank you for listening, GA Songbird

Female adoptee DOB 12/10/73
I was born in NC as far as I know. I was reportedly born on December 10, 1973. I was at a foster home in Wayne County, NC, where my adoptive parents picked me up March 8, 1974.
I am adopted thru NC Social Services. The non-identifying info I was given is: Birthmom had light brown hair and hazel eyes. She sometimes hypervenilated. She wanted to give my adptive mother a cristening gown that was used in her family; my adoptive mother declined (she later expressed regret about this decision). She is described as having olice skin-tone, and someone in the family was either a Sioux or Apachee Indian...maybe a grandfather? Birthfather is descibed as having dark curly hair and blue eyes; I apprently take after him more...he is descibed as having a very light skin-tone. I was adopted by a family in Durham, NC. I have tried to even learn what hospital, but no luck. I can be reached at grayzephyr1973 at yahoo dot |

My fiancee and I are trying to find any of his blood relatives. He was born David Gene Stotler in Las Vegas, Nevada 1-23-81 to Agnes Marie Stotler dob 5-22-53. We know he had an older brother, born Christopher Stotler in Tulsa, OK, born before 1976, sister Rose Stotler whom he's already found, and younger brother born Jesse James Stotler also in Tulsa, OK, born sometime after 1982. We have quite a great deal of information on Agnes, but still no luck finding her and do not know who the father is. Please help! We have a child on the way and would like to find out medical history if possible. Thank you! Rebecca Watkins

If she married in Texas, their vital records online for marriages is searchable for this. May take some digging as it's listed by year, but it's out there. Good luck! |
