My brother is just starting his search for his birth parents. He was born in Las Cruces, NM on October 7, 1984. He was adopted through the NM Children's Home. Please contact me if anyone sees this who may have some info.

I was born in New York on 10-13-68, but adopted in Maryland. I have my non-ID from the DSS in MD. I do not have an ammended birth certificate. Not quite sure how to go about getting one. My name on the Placement Agreement is "Tracy Hudson".

I was told that my BMom had lived a couple of years in MD, 17 yrs old, then went to NY to have me. Went back to MD to finalized papers. She was in the same city where I was adopted and grew up in. Her father was in the Coast Guard. My BFather was in the war, 20 yrs old. Wanted to get married.

The name I was given by my birth parents was Elaine Joyce Hammett. The place of birth was Van Nuys, CA at the Valley Hospital at 14500 Sherman Circle.

The maiden name of my birth mother was/is Edna Agnes Bentz and the name of my birth father was Benjamin Richard Hammett III. My birth mother was 31 and
my birth father was 30 at the time of my birth. Delaware was where Benjamin was born and it lists his occupation as a Salesman for Arden Farms. My birth mother was born in the state of Louisiana.

I was born via a Caesarian Section on March 21, 1951 at 8:16pm. I was 6lbs 12ozs. The birth certificate says that I have 2 siblings that were born before me sometime. I had been told by one of my half-sisters that I had 2
brothers but have never been able to confirm that at all. They of course would be older than me. :-) I would love any information that any of you would be able to provide to me about either side of the family.

I met Benjamin's sister in Baltimore along with some other members of that family along with my paternal grandmother, who was still alive at that time. Her name was/is Marion Daniels and her address at the time was 326 Ida Ave Baltimore, MD 21221. The telephone number I had for her is 410-687-7051. She did tell me that I had 2 half-sisters in California but would never tell me anything else. She didn't seem to want to tell me much at all about anything she knew about.

I was adopted in St. Louis County Missouri by my mother and father. My mother took me home with her when I was left at a nursery and no one came to pick me up and I was apparently about 6 months old. After some time my parents applied to adopt me through a private attorney. The attorney found my birth mother and had corrospondance through mail with her via a General Delivery address in Texas at the time. Apparently my birth mother asked for money to sign the adoption papers and the letter from my parent's attorney told her that they did not buy and sell children in Missouri and that it was against the law. To make a long story short, my birth mother then signed the adoption papers and my adoption was finalized in 1956.

I knew I was adopted from the beginning as soon as I was old enough to understand. My parents never hid that fact from me, though it was after my mother had died that my father finally showed me the adoption papers and letters to and from the attorney with and from everyone involved. I always remember my mother being scared to death that I would get kidnapped and she kept a very close eye on me, which I never understood until I was shown all of the paperwork about the adoption. My mother was apparently scared that my
birth mother would come and take me away since she had our address at that time.I was told by my half sister that my birth father, Benjamin, was supposedly in prison and that was supposed to be the reason that my birth
mother left me at the nursery because she could not care for me. I have no idea if it was true or not.

Last name is spelled drury.. Post date was Jan.23 2006.. No response from them or registry adm... for two months.. Sure it was mother and trying to find without all the fees.. Can you help ???

I am searching for any info on my Bfather. Born and raised on Eastern Shore of MD (Easton, I think) I was born 6/14/1979 at Easton Memorial Hospital. Bmom was 17 and Bfather was 18 I believe. He quit school and went into construction field. Let me know if anyone may know anything.

I was born August 17, 1973. She gave me up right away. She never told the father that she was pregnant. He never even knew I was alive. I was some one night stand at this X-mas party from what I am told. Her name at the time was Judith Dowell and worked at a hospital in Southern California. She got married to a guy named Vincent Ciccerelli(sp?) 6 days before I was born in Las Vegas, but didn't want to keep me. I was named Baby Girl Dowell when I was born. Her name about 10 years ago was Judith Mc Neil and she lived on Berkshire Dr in Thousand Oaks, CA. I wrote her 10+ years ago and she basically said she wants nothing to do with me. I want to find her and ask her some things.
I want to know my history and my "natural" father who never had a chance to get to know me, because of her. I want to know the story behind the adoption and why she couldn't keep me. I want to know who the father was. I feel I have a right to know this and this chapter in my life will continue till I find out.

I have two kids of my own now and I could never give them up.

Please any information please help. . . she had a son about 1 1/2 years old when I was born.
