The reason we are responding to you is that his records we have Show his name was Robert Green born in Missouri. However he has two birth dates One on June 11th and

Hi! I am writing for my mom she was born 2/27/1951 in Columbus Ohio with the last name of Green. We don't know her mothers first name. From what we understand she didn't want anyone to know that she even had a child.

my grandma had a child in 1938 and was 26 years old at that time so i don't think it is her. I did find the one born in 1938 on this site which was a surprise to me. my grandma was born in st. louis as far as i know. as far as we know she may have at least one more maybe more that she had to give up. so far we do know she has a son somewhere in texas whom contacted a great uncle of mine some years ago. but i do not know how to find him or if he is even still living. and there was a mention of more whom contacted this same uncle years ago. so we are trying to find the others. maiden name loretta loeffel and her married name loretta green but mr. greens name was louis green and she divorced him a year after marrying him, but she did keep her married last name. I am sorry if none of this helps any of you who are searching and i wish you luck in your searches. keep me posted i am interested. this is a nice site. lots of good reunion stories from this site.

As far as I know back in those days the mothers had to lie about things on the certificates even fathers names. was the adoption through any chatholic charity organization? when was your brother born? where? My grandmas husbands name was louis green but they divorced a year later, she kept her married name. as I said they lied on those birth certificates back then. Any info at all on the mother such as her date of birth anything?
