Joseph William 1969-1970 Albany New York
If you fit this description or know someone who does, PLEASE respond.
1/7 69 or 1970 birth name Joseph William ( Kirtley ) Moms birth name ( Sue Kirtley) Dads birth name ( William Stafford ) Birth took place in Albany Medical Center,and your mom stayed at Saint Catherines Home. The adoption went through Social Services in Albany County Your birth dad also has a step brother whos name is Marshall Russell. They were both in the navy and are graduates of Lafalle Inst. Your birth mom had blonde hair / blue eyes and 5' your birth dad brownish blonde hair and blue eyes and was 5'6 When Birth mom found she was pregnant by your dad, he took off running. She has tried many times to FIND you, but is always told the records are sealed, she has gone through the registry , in hopes you are looking for her. Please leave me a message if this fits you ..
