Attention all birth family members

It is a good idea (if you haven't already done so) to send an updated family medical history, if you know which agency, attorney, etc. that handled the case. Even if you had done so in the past, it is important to keep that information as current and as accurate as possible. It not only is important in the medical aspect, but it will also let the adoptee that may be seeking that information know that you care about thier well being.
