are you Cindy Rodgers?

my birth mom's name (or maden name if she's now married) is Cindy Rodgers. I dont know how to find out if she's married, or where she might be.. anyone have any suggestions? I'm only 20 so I dont know what search material I am available to. I was born 12.17.1983 in West Valley City UT at Pioneer Valley Hospital. Any help about how I can get in contact or find more information about my birth mother would be helpful. Thank you!
