Pleased be advised: The original message poster, Regina Mitchell, aka Regina Marie Altobelle, aka, Anna Marie Pazienza has previously been given (in 2000 and 2004) two (2) opportunities to provide us with the court certified documentation (ie. a birth certificate indicating both birth parents, a copy of the court certified adoption records, CC records, etc.) that proved her BF allegations. She was sent a list of what we determined to be legal and valid documention.

During previous email communications with her, she was also advised that heresay, information collected via assorted genealogy sites, and or stories she may or may not have been told along lifes way were not acceptable evidence or proof. She was also advised that in the absence of said proof her claims would not be acknowledged and no contact or information otherwise available would be exhanged with her.

Understanding, apart from self, and not unlike the alleged ** family, the alleged BF family wants "No Contact"

In 2004, she was also given the opportunity to submit to DNA testing assuming the absence of aforementioned certified documentation. She has failed to reply/respond. Her continued silence and lack of response is now being viewed as an indicator of her fraud.

Her posts throughout the web, not just here are repetitive, numerous in number and defamatory in nature to the Behrman family and her failure to comply with our repeated requests for said proof remains unacceptable. As a result webmasters across the internet are now being contacted to remove her posts.

Not without reasonable cause: A personal message for Regina.
Any adoption counselor would advise you Regina that our request for specific proof was and is not an unreasonable expectation of a person who is geniune and sincerely seeking a reunion with birth family. I am not without compassion and have afforded you every opportunity to comply.

There was NO SCANDEL. Your statement of one is inciteful, liableous, and wrong. Please "Cease and Desist" these allegations now. I have extended and afforded you every opportunity to prove who you really are and you repeatedly choose not to oblige. Be forewarned, without proof of your allegations the Behrman family's next steps will be legal ones via a Cease and desist order.
