Looking for birth family- 9/23/78 NY
Hi! My name is Jennifer and I was born on 9/23/78. Name then was "Catherine". My adoption was on Dec. 15th 1978. I dont have very much info, but I know my adoption was done through dept. of social services in Fonda NY. My birth mom had blonde hair, blue eyes, and was 25, and birth father was tall with brown hair and brown eyes. All I really want from birth family is medical history and ethnic background (last names, heritage, etc.) and hopefully some pictures. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I am now pregnant again with a baby girl (I also have 6 year old identical twin boys). Would really like information on my biological family not only for myself, but for their sake!
