baby girl 26850 Norfolk 6-10-66 needs help

baby girl 26850 Norfolk 6-10-66 needs help

I went to courthouse and found Petition to adopt and Final decree. Both documents refer to me as baby girl 26850. No birth name.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Suggestions on what next?
