My fiance was born in August of 1981. He has dark brown hair and green eyes. I am not sure why I am telling you that, perhaps thinking that some of the characteristics could be similar. Write me back and maybe we could compare his non id info with what you know and see if it is a match. I know it is a couple of months off but I have heard plenty of stories where dates have been changed on bc's by a couple of months to protect the birth parents. I hope to hear from you real soon
