Born 04-30-1954 Looking For Birthparents
Born paula j. adopted name lisa nevius. garfield hospital 12:55am went to st.ann's on may03 1954. need to let you know about things and would like to about you. please, if you are out there let me know. i was told you left hospital and went back home to your mom somewhere northeast of me. the old phone number is no good. please call 301-4742359 ,301-8725615.
