looking for 1957-58 baby from chicago

looking for 1957-58 baby from chicago

I just had found out my mother had a baby in Chicago when she was 16 or 17 years old. She had a baby girl at a home for unwed mothers, I don't know the name of the place.
My mom's initials are J.A.S. She came from a Jewish family.
The baby would have been born around 1957-58. Would like to meet my half sister and let her know she has other family members that would love to meet her!
