Question about Kansas
Ok I saw this post and I can see that they have the open records law. But, I am a little confused, and new to searching, so I am hoping someone help answer some questions.
I was born in Sioux Falls, SD, but my adoption was finalized in Kansas, which is where my adoptive parents were living at the time. SO, will I be able to get all of my records without having to petition the court etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Maddyboosmom |

Response
It can get a little more complicated when two states are involved so you will have to contact the connections I gave you for Kansas and inquire about what services that will offer you. Your adoption file will be in Kansas.
