Need a Search Angle For Northeast Iowa
Hello I would like some help Locating my Half brother who was born in December of 1974. I do know that he was raised not far from where he was born. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

You might want to start with the following:
Iowa Adoption Laws Also, you should put a listing in the registry if you have not done so already. Adoption Registry - Records, Reunion Registries, Adoptees, Search, Reunite, Birth Mother, Father, Pa Not everyone reads the forum. This should increase your chances in finding them.
