I am new here. Just stumbled across this website, hopefully for a good reason. I have done some research myself, got non-identifying info from Catholic Charities, sent them $100.00 to get more info, in which they told me they could not find anything. I have a decent amount of information, but nothing seems to help..maybe I am just not looking in the right places. This is what I know: Parents names Irene and Rodney Michell?, She was 20, he was 24, they were married in a civil ceremony in Newark, NJ when she was 3 mths. preg.
She was a secretary, he was a salesman. They both had 2 other siblings. He was Presbyterian, she was R.C. Born at St. Michaels Hospital Newark, NJ at 36 weeks. 3 Lbs. 10 Oz. and was baptised in the hospital. Also my Adoptive parents were foster parents that prior to me took in other children. Nationality is German and Polish. Anyway, if anyone has any info or any search tips please let me know. Thank you for listening.

You may want to try Ancestry.com as well as trying different people searches - that was how I found mine birth mother once I had a name
