Adoptive mom looking for daughter's sister, need search angel help
Hi,
I am an adoptive mom who has a two year old. We met my daughter's 1/2 sister once at the agency and I wanted to maintain a relationship with her. When I called a month later the cell phone number she gave me was turned off. I have been looking for her for over a year and have not found her. I have birth records and addresses, by I still have not found her. I want my daughter to know her and have a relationship with her. She is 20 years old and should be living in the Los Angeles area. Her father just got out of jail after 20 years and she may be living with him. Any help I can get would be great. Thank you.
