Need help searching in VA
I am helping my fiance look for his brother that was given up for adotion when he was younger. His mother has the records but refuses to give it to him. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to go about all of this, we really do not have the funds to do a hardcore extensive search. He is also looking for his birth father. We have most of their information, we have just hit a dead end. Thank you for your time
