Question Health issue to open my records?

Hi Everyone!!

I went to the doctor last week for pre-op stuff, they found something wrong with my heart.

NOW, trying to spin this in a positive direction.... can I use this to open my records in Los Angeles County?

I still don't know who my Birth Father is and would like to find him but only have my last BIRTH name to go off of. Found Birth Mom and she's deceased and no one else (1/2 sisters) seem to know who he could be.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you,

Crysti

Your best bet is to have your doctors write a note to attach to your petition. I would think that a note on the doctors prescription pad would be enough so it should be easy for the doctor to do.

Are you sure that your problems come from your fathers side?

Kind regards,
Dickons

Hello,

I don't have a petition, I don't know where to start with this. And I don't know where this came from. I know BMom had heart problems but who knows if he did...

Can someone instruct me on how to go about this? I have a appointment with the cardiiologist on Thursday and could have him do this then, if you think it would work???

You need to go to or call the court house in the county you were born in. They will have a 'petition' form for you to fill out and tell you what to do with it. Attach the doctors note to the petition and submit it to the court.

Kind regards,
Dickons

Hi Ruth,

I was born in Los Angeles County, on 3/21/68. I have found my bmom but she has passed away and have also found 2 half-sisters. I'm trying to find my b-father which is turning out to be impossible.
