Hi I am 42 and am searching for the man I believe is my biological father. His signature is on my birth certificate from Louisiana, however listed in the father section is my father that raised me. I have been unable to obtain the original complete copy of my birth certificate and they will not furnish me a copy of the long form. When I requested a full copy of my bc they sent me another copy of what I had, but this time made sure to white out the signature.... I was told at one point I would have to get a court order. When I asked my parents about this man, they became very angry with me. Which leads me to suspect that perhaps there was a paternity issue or an adoption. I have some letters that were my mothers from 1962 signed by a man named "Pin"???? I know that he was attending La. Tech University in Ruston, LA. Could be short for something, but I am desperate for help to find this person and find answers. Cam
