Angry Sealed tight..HELP

My petition to the DC court has been granted. The CFS in DC has permission to look for my son, Eric Evans at birth. BUT the Pierce-Warwick agency only filed by adopted name. WE DON'T KNOW HIS ADOPTED NAME#*!

I am so bewildered. I did nothing WRONG. I had a baby and I have been looking for years now. To get to this point. To get my petition granted and to find out SLAM! - The door is shut.

Frustrated and anguished.

MO> like that to i even have the names on my 1st bcert. and they still would let have my records. i'm adopted why can't they just look at all records during that time maybe in the records it would say Eric Evans when i got my birth cert. a just ask for any and all that was with the one i have now with my aparnets on it. try asking for Eric's birth cert. in Kansas that's how i got mine. thankfully kan is an open records state.

Birth certificate blues

To my knowledge that is exactly what they have granted access to-the birth certificate (along with court records). And that there is no paper trail to follow from birth date to file, or birth name to file...Only one reference point and that is his adopted name!#
