Twin girls/4-25-1962/Toledo,Oh.FCH

Please know that there are no reservations on my part if you wish to contact me. You adoption records are sealed to me. I am told that birth records are open to adoptees born before 1964, in Ohio. I do not wish to insert myself in to your lives in any way other than you would want. I welcome you fully in my life to any degree you desire. Kerri Lynn, you were born first and I named you this because I thought it was a lovely name. Donnie Jean you were named after my mother who was 92yrs this year. We both would love a reunion. I hope your lives have been as good as I have always hoped and imagined. Waiting with love your birth mom.

Thumbs up FOUND! Twin daughters/Toledo,Ohio/4-25-'62

The good news is that it's all good news! I have been reuniter with my daughters after 42 yrs. They lived a happy life nurished and loved by their parents. Both thanked me for the decison I made so long ago. My son and daughter were with me when we met. Everyone seemed to blend so well. There were questions and answers and an occasional tear but mostly smiles and goodwill. I will forever be grateful to their parents for giving them what I could not. As a birthmother and adoptive parent I know both sides There will be other chapters written in this book and we are all looking forward to them.
For those adoptees born in Ohio from about 1962 to 1964 (???).
Your birth records are OPEN to you. You only need to request them. At some point in 1960's the rules changed and the records were closed again and required consent from all involved partys.

Good luck to you all in your search. Nancy

Thumbs up OHIO BIRTH PARENTS

Hi Nancy!

I am so happy you found your twins and wanted to just add a little addendum to your message........

OHIO BIRTH PARENTS can find their children 99% faster than their children can find them. It only seems difficult when you don't have the means.

Blessings
Mackie
